Lately the steering wheel has been turning left by about an inch when braking hard, the car is also snaking about, wheel alignment is definately off, but this has only started happening recently.

Any body have any ideas as to the cause please?

Check your tyre pressures , sounds like one is low , if not it could be a sticky caliper

Thanks for the advice Ian, the calipers are Brembos, do you sell rebuild kits?

If im abke to move the pistons by hand would this rule out a sticky caliper?

My money would be on a seized piston in front drivers side caliper.
