Anyone had problems getting them to fit in their Calipers? Tried fitting mine tonight into my front brembos, 1 pad went straight in but the others were so tight on the sides had to sand them down to get them to slide in.

Inspect your calipers first think you'll its them. Corrosion build up behind stainless guides.

Yes as above , there will be corrosion under the pad plates in the calipers , bending them away from the caliper body , which make the pads a tight fit in the calipers , try and clean out under the plates , and bend them back , ideally you need to remove them , clean away the corrosion , apply some paint and refit , if you struggle to do this , last resort would be to take material off the backing plates of the pads , but have a good go at fixing the issue first

Yes as I had stripped them to make them shiny again

Im talking a bare minimum sanding of the pad backing plate here, it was just to free it up a bit, otherwise it was very tight, im not complaining.. ive often had to do it on other
