Default Brake Caliper Refurbishment

Hi Guys,

I would like to refurbish my Gold Brembo calipers (MY 2005): Sand Blast, powder coat, new seals, new bolts...

Do you know a good company that could do that?

Depends what orbit you’re in?
What part of the country are you in bud. Might help narrow it down

Make sure that the refurb is for YOUR calipers, not an exchange. Otherwise it's the luck of the draw what you will get back; I got back calipers that were really old with heavy pitting, when mine had no corrosion at all.

Thanks guys,

Asked a quote from godspeed.

I did get one from BCS automotive, which seems a very good company.
They redo powder coating in any genuine color, which I want.

Another vote for Godspeed. I think they do stainless pistons too, which means no more rusty sticking pistons.

I also called them on Friday, they sent me an email with a picture of a caliper painted in a matching Subaru colour, it wasn't even close nor was the Brembo decal that they paint on.

Not Ł575 in my book.

Really? what they show here looks spot on:

And are you saying your quote was 575gbp?

I think I got my quote wrong... only asked for repainting...

Ok, looks like a different gold but it could be the picture... white balance etc...

What's wrong with the decal?

Just had mine done here- http://www.custom-brake-calipers.co.uk/
Had them done in red with white decals and rebuilt with new seals and they look absolutely amazing. Quote was cheaper than other outfits as well.

I'll upload a picture tommorow
