tyre and wheel size
I want to run 60 profiles as they're a more comfy ride and less dented rims. Question is, what size rims do I need?
Currently running 15"/60's and the speedo is a tad fast.

Not enough Information here.
How about telling us the type of car ?
And yes we do expect you to say Subaru xxxx
"Dented Rims" ? I presume you mean = Depth of Hub depression
( Offset Rim to Hub )
Be more specific and the Quality of answer might also improve

Hey Guys, thanks for the replies.
The car is a 1994 2l turbo import WRX. Tyres currently running are 195 60R15's.
What Don listed might explain why my speedo is running slow as I'm running 60 profiles on 15 inch rims. Drop down to 55 might cure it. Cheaper than new rims.

Oh....
Dented rims as I live in an area with more potholes than the moon has craters. So a bit of rubber goes a long ways towards saving you beating a rim out with a club hammer.
