Arrow Show me your wheels GC8 fitment

After searching google images and hunting the net the choice of both style and fitment really varies

I'm pretty shore I'm going to run 17/18 but it's this width and offset I'm unsure of . Id like to run a slightly wider wheel like a 9j with a 225 tyre and a offset of around et30 , still not sure if I'm going to run coilovers or a decent Spring shock combo but I'd like around a 40mm drop

I no most will talk about handling and rubbing issues etc etc so pics of what people are running would help

Thanks

9j be to wide. Maximum be 8j without serious arch work and possible rubbing issues

These are 18'8j limit to go on a classic

why would you fit a 9" rim then fit a 225 tyre

If you fit an 8" rim you may have issues at the strut side as well as the arch side at the rear dependant on tyre width.

Without going widearch, a wide wheel with a low offset is going to look silly, and have issues.
Go for a nearish stock size imo.
