Default K Sport big brake kit.....Who sells ?

As above who sells them ?
I am planning to fit the 8 pot 356mm kit and the 6 pot rears.
Looking for a good deal on the whole kit.
Does anyone have these fitted ?

I've had the 356mm K-Sports on since i bought the car and used EBC Orangestuff which is prob one of the cheaper pad options,

Can't fault them

My daily bug Sti still has the Brembos,

I would say the biggest benefit is the resistance to fade more than the outright stopping power.

Scoobyworx sell Fronts, never looked into rears

I'd just get some genuine discs, would be cheaper than a set of K Sport 8 pots.
And more pistons doesn't necessarily mean better stopping power.

I've just bought some K-Sports and mate, no way in hell would I buy them over a set of 6 pot APs! Get the right discs, you'll be over the moon. Decent pads too.

Discs won't make a difference in stopping power , just reliability , it's the pads that are most important , get some good pads in your existing set up and they will work very well

I think i am going to upgrade to Ap four pot rears and alter the fronts to 356 mm discs.
I have knocked the K sport idea on the head.

Cant comment about the rest but I’ve got 330 k sports and they are great. Nice on the road and good on track. Had k sport discs and ds2009 and now Godspeed discs and pf pads, not tried on track yet

Hi frank your best bet is give Alyn a call 0191 4103770. There are many different calliper disk and pad combinations available. That was what I liked about what alyn put together for me, we just took the best of each component and didn't have to reside to whatever comes in kit form from the brake kit manufacturer.

I have used Alcon calipers before and in all honesty I prefer the AP's,i would say that they are probably on par with each other....personally I don't see the need to upgrade to another caliper if you are already rocking AP"s,just get a decent disc and pad combo and your good to go.SJ.

I have the CP7040 calipers on the front and Brembo two pot rears.
I am planning to go to CP9040 and AP 4 pot rears.
PF Z08 pads in the front

Any recommendations for a good front pad for an 08 hatch bud ?. Thinking about changing mine in the near future. Currently have brembo calipers with brembo discs but hate the pads.
