I'm running 8jx18 et35 on my wagon (slightly narrower track width) and they sit perfectly flush with the arches.

Hi,

I'm also intrested in TD Pro Race 1.2 rims, thinking hard on the offset.

My preferred size (looks-wise) is 7x17. I've got 5x100, 56.1mm centre bore. 2004 impreza 2.0 GX (non-turbo, 125PS). Got some recommendation on my national Subaru club forum for ET35. I fear that it won't fit fender-wise.

I'm in a kind of puzzled state, since I really trust their advice, but those who gave this size, all own sedan WRXs (I see that the body size differ probably by the looks). As far as I know, wagons has smaller track size, and I'm sure wagons have different back fender "styles".

Actually none of the club members has the exact same model, the closest is a bugeye 2.0 GX wagon. His experience is that ET35 w 7x16(!!!!) fits.
My experience is that ET35, MAK Fiorano 7x17 w 205/50 r17 tyres doesn't fit, when I travel w 4passanger (that I do regularly).

What are your opinions? Could someone has a bulletproof advice?

I come to a near-conclusion that I wouldn't risk ET35, but ET45 with these rims & 215/45 r17 Michelin PilotSport 4.

I have these 17x7 ET 50 fitted to my classic impreza, so they would fit the newage no issues. They are also up for sale in the wheels and tyres section.

Not got the pro race 1.2's on mine but got speedline turinis in 18 x 8.5 et 52 on my hawk sti and there is very little room between the rim and the shocks, thought I was going to have to run spacers when I first fitted them, they seem to be ok so far with no rubbing evident.

Same here on a hawkeye wagon with an STI front end and prodrive blue springs, no rubbing whatsoever, even 5 up with baggage going on holiday!

Here's a few pics, (I imported the car to France so the plates are different now...)

Thanks for the offer, sadly I'm after the gloss bronze color. I wouldn't bear the color of black rims w black car.
