Default 2010 HATCH BRAKE UPGRADES

Hi all...
i have a 2010 sti hatch and often get the feeling that the car could offer more in the stopping department,im not interested in doing track days but do indulge in some weekend thrashes however always feel the brakes could offer more.
Im interested in upgrading from the standard setup but could use a little guidance on disc and pad combos and would braided hoses be worth considering to achieve a bit more braking confidence, any suggestions would be great.

Alyn @ Asperformance done me an amazing deal.

Performance friction all round.I have not fitted yet but searched prior to purchasing and all reviews are amazing. And fantastic cold bite too! Very important if predominantly road use. Some pads need a bit of abuse before getting into there window..

The J hook discs seem very popular, but the pads are most important for road.

RAGGY DOO, your money's like mine no good to some lol. Normally I understand, I ask a million questions once happy I part with money...
Two mappers were asked about my syvecs never got the final reply, I'm not saying they are bad just obviously too busy for me!
Kev at SC answered everything to the point I totally confused him! And even spoke to Pat who answered everything again!
Money transferred!
