Not been on here for a while but I was hoping to be able to draw attention to and shame the ****** who nicked my STI fog light covers last night from Wath, Rotherham.

12.45 AM (25th August 2017) a car leads an Impreza to our house and indicates to show where mine is. Someone then comes back between 2 and 3 and nicks the covers.

Impreza - presumed to be a badged up WRX. Large spoiler, black wheels, black bonnet. Roof may be black too? I'm waiting for CCTV from others so hope to be able to provide better images soon (and hopefully a reg).


******, grey hoodie up and shorts on. Apparently came back around 2am and did three laps of the estate before nicking them.


Currently waiting for a call back from Subaru regarding cost of replacements. No other damage apparently on the car.

Unfortunately the reg M14RYU is now on a black golf, so bit of a dead end if it is the car.

Suffork's a long way to come for a bit of thieving! (i'm in South Yorks).

I'm hoping to get some clearer pics soon off another neighbor, i'll update this if I get some.

I'm not suggesting they cam from Suffolk, as that was a for sale advert by one of the previous owners from Suffolk some 2-3 years ago. But if it turns out to be the same car, the originator of that advert may just know the original plate that was put back on instead of the private plate, which may help you. Never know.

I can't see them reappearing but it would be nice to be able to identify the other car and let the whole Scoobynet community know what a thieving ****** they are!

Looks like someone wants to nick my car
I was still out back with a mate from Uni at 1.45am when he heard a noise, we went out front to look and seconds later a car parked opposite floored it and sped off. F'ing *******s!! I've tidied the garage and it's in there now and blocked in by his car.

Yes Mike still got the scooby, now on 21k, got me self another flat four, a beetle lol. It's a 68 and is proper mint. Just as much fun as the Scoob but just a little slower

Just to update in case said ****** sees this (which bearing in mind how heavily modified the WRX was I think is likely).

Police have been made aware of both incidents. I phoned 101 and reported it and the next day someone came to view the CCTV. They have notified other officers about all three cars and have sent around the details of the Focus to keep an eye out.

Someone will mate. I wouldn't be surprised if they are registered on here and have seen this. Just in case... Should they wish to reconsider their dastardly act within the next few days then they clearly know where to drop them back off.

The bonnet wrap is matt black and can clearly see a reflection from it in the cctv suggesting its gloss black, dead end I believe
