I've seen far worse to be honest..... if those were isolated incidents...then I actually don't think they were too bad. Don't get me wrong, I don't drive like that...but if the guy hasn't made someone have to take evasive action then it's forgivable

Irresponsible behaviour which could have had a real bad result, just because there was no accident doesn't mean it's ok to drive like that to be honest, when I see such driving I stay well clear give plenty of space and let them pass me and pray they calm down

I thought that, two lane hoggers causing all the problems, never had an accident, but seen a million in their rear view mirror.

Jesus christ. Anything makes it to these dash cam videos nowadays.

I can guarantee most of these drivers recording others are lane hogging and don't use indicators.

Driving like a w@nker cutting in and out of traffic.

But w@nkers own all sorts of cars.

Used to see far worse driving crimes committed every day, mostly by `mondeos, vectras, 320d bmw's and audi diesels, all of which i'm sure are still happening everyday up and down every motorway in the uk, but it's not news because it's not a Subaru or Mitsubishi.

you did very well keeping your cool there, some people think they're invincible when behind the wheel. I know one or two people would have been jumping up and down on his roof for just stopping and getting out.
Bloke obviously has no savvy what so ever

Not seen that before, looks like he got what he was asking for.

Your a better man than me Dave, but I suppose it helps you keep your cool when you know you've already got them in a head lock.

He's a big lad that thinks he's a tuff nut to crack, obviously never come up against someone with a bad attitude and skills to match, he's in for a rude awakening one day that's for sure.

Another bit of info, it was in a 50mph roadworks zone, I was doing 50mph on my satnav speedo, he was doing 60mph + and nearly caused an accident when I was changing lanes.

He's denied liability and told his insurance that I had rammed him. I sent them a copy of the footage and written transcript of everything that was said. They accepted full liability

maybe have a read of the highway code.

What speed he was doing is of no concern to you.

Undertaking on the left is not technically illegal and because he is in the filter lane and didnt change back onto the main carrigeway he was perfectly entitled to do that, he was under no obligation to let you in.

You were in the wrong lane as the markings had already changed, you then swore at him? I would be pretty pissed off at been sworn at for doing nothing wrong.

What happened next was just stupid, but if you had just pulled in and let him get on his way none of this would have happened. The swearing at him is the direct cause of this incident.

I would also point out that if what he did was illegal, what you also did was illegal to the 207...

I know the highway code, and passing on the left is fine, AS LONG AS YOU DON'T BREAK THE SPEED LIMIT.

If he had stuck to the speed limit it wouldn't have happened!

I had moved over to let the white lorry join the main carriageway, I passed the black van that was braking in lane 2 and moved back to lane 2, pass the lorry and into lane 1. I checked my mirror and it was safe to change lanes, indicated and started changing lanes. I saw something blue out of the corner of my eye, I looked left and he came passed me glaring at me. He was doing 60+, I pulled in behind him and he backed off and slowed down slightly (hence I look like I'm shoving him).

That bloke was clearly a bell end and the brake check/swerve was shocking...however without wishing to offend the two following videos; Scoob pushing in and Octavia near miss were 100% down to you. Plenty of room to avoid any negative interaction between either of the cars if you had driven with more empathy.

Gotta love the internet; OP posts to share poor driving and gets slated for...poor driving
