You need an OBP 3 port Subaru specific catch can. These aren't the cheapest but are the best & are readily available. Try eBay they have their own eBay shop,& make sure to blanc your PCV or they don't work properly.

If it's an outright track car return to sump is fine & convenient as no need to empty. If the car is used on the road then moisture builds up in the can which is best NOT returned to sump for obvious reasons. The OBP can needs an adapter to return to sump or evry so often remove the drain plug & empty it. Most people do not return to sump & the can has a pipe on the side to show how full it is.
