Default 6 speed gearbox Centre Diff

Hi All,

My childhood friend is in trouble, because he has lost 6 speed central diff in his 2002 EU STI. It's a non-dccd box.

Any option is considered on a reasonable price:
1. Non-DCCD stock
2. Non-DCCD heavy duty
3. DCCD conversion maybe
4. Any other ideas?

Cheers,

R.

Thanks!
Already sent the info to my friend, as soon as he responds I'll let you know.
To me it seems a good deal.

Cheers,

R.

Called me yesterday.
Here is the story so far.

Bought a center diff in November, 2009 from PistonHeads.com :: Speed Matters
Paid by PayPal.

Travelled back home in January. Service told him it is a 5 speed center diff, so will not fit his 6 speed bug-eye gearbox.

E-mailed the guy, filed dispute over PayPal, E-mailed the guy, Sent money request through PayPal, E-mailed the guy... etc. No response so far.
The money was only available for 1 diff. So, as soon as his believed to be 5 speed center diff 20kg STI unit is sold/reimbursed then he buys yours.

The reason I explained so thoroughly, because if someone reads this might be able to help.

Also have contact to the guy who sold the faulty part etc.
I feel sorry for my friend, because he is a genuine guy, but got sort of ripped off...

Cheers,

R.
