I took mine off my STi8 last October mate as I fitted a FMIC, your the buyer mate so make me an offer. Mine had the PPP fitted so the IC has the better piping as well.
I'll bother to take a picture for you if the offer is decent enough.
Tell us where it is to be delivered as well mate if you make an offer
