Wanted - Standard air filter box for UK MY00 Turbo (someone must have one in the back of their garage!)

Hello mate, I have one off a MY00 Sport and I fairly sure they are the same.
I live in Bedfordshire mate so you are more than welcome to pop over and we can check it out.

Thanks for the reply Scott, but isnt the air filter on a Sport positioned up over the engine (where the turbo's i/c is)?

If it is the same, then i'd deffinately be interested.

Just sent you an email, ah yeah they are at the back where the intercooler is a Turbo model, might be able to modify it to fit though

 

Now that would take some serious modification!

I can see it now - FMIC, just to fit an air box

My Air filter box is in the same place as a turbo. Mine's a 98 Sport, the bit where the intercooler is is just a chamber. The air filter box is the same , I'm sure ?

Some one correct me if i'm wrong.. I'm also pretty sure, they all use the same panel filter .

EDIT - This is Chiark's car, and my airbox is in the same place
