In either case I will want to see evidence of the build and history of the engine.

I'm in Sheffield and would prefer to collect in person.

Ive got some bnib cosworth pistons, used eagle rods, used rcm modified oil pump, and a pair of open deck block halves and a good crank.

All you need is a set of shells and a bolt kit.
