I have one of the 2nd cats that I removed from my wrx when I fitted a prodrive 2nd cat delete, sorry can't help with the down pipe

I've got a 2005 wrx standard down pipe, with both cats, from my old wagon, taken off at about 30000 miles. You can have it for nothing, trouble is that it is at my old house in the roof, so it may take a few weeks to get at it. Stored in Hampshire, but live in Cornwall, so could drop in-between .
