The new type or the older version?
I've got the older version with LC and AL and it's good to switch it on at will but also to turn it off as well, it would do my head in if it were there all the time like the pops & bangs that some people have mapped in (it's over fuelling on the over run).
Oh, and this as well

Very shortly there are a load of updates coming out for the old Simtek now called Alcatek ECU, it will bring it right up to date and sort out all the problems they have.
Once mine is updated and mapped, I'll have a Toucan display to work with it.
Contact your mapper to arrange for the updates to be scheduled but it will involve sending your ECU off to Alcatek plus a mapping session to enable all the new functions/features.
