Those in the know know what good cars these are and having had one before I fancy another as the daily hack. I am the first to give The Boy and hard time but as a drivers car it's pretty much always in the top ten of any car magazines garage.
OK, the colour is not to everyones liking but it's ticking the boxes on age mileage and price. Do I get some more info and pics, that is the question?

If all goes to plan then the KA will be up for grabs.

Main concern with those's Ian is rust, they go terrible around the rear of the sill as the inner one is to close inside and traps road sh!te.
Also the chassis legs can get a little ropey, that said they are a very reliable car in the mechanical sense, not much to watch out for unless high mileage.

Ryan, that's the problem I had before, they where all hanging rust heaps. The mileage and write up on this one seem pretty genuine.

That is a hell of a lot of car for 2.5k, if it had a private plate it could pass for a much younger car.
Not sure aout those wheels though but thats an easy fix!

Jury's out on this one. Car was hot when I arrived, they cannot confirm if the cam belt as been done (12 years old, should have had two on age alone) and only does 8 miles a day, 4 to and 4 from work
.
The Mk 1 Black one did not go as the viewer did not turn up. The current owner is big in the MX5 Owners club down in the South West and really knows his onions. I think the journey may be worth it.
