HID problem?

HID problem?
My LHS HID headlight is not working
. Sidelights and RHS working.
Checked the wiring, seems OK.
Fuses OK.
What next?

Swap the ballast over from left to right if the problem follows then the ballast is U/S if the problem stays the bulb is U/S.

I had this problem and it was a faulty ballast, Were did you get them from and how old are there?
