Speedo Cable
Hi Guys
I don't suppose anyone has a speedo cable lying around. Mine has broken and now the car is in safe mode and limited to 4.5k revs. Had a look under the car yesterday with Jon (Bluerigster) and it appears to be the bottom part of the cable between the mph convertor and the gearbox. I have already tried Jon's top cable and there is no movement on the spindle in the end of the cable. Unfortunately we can't try Jons bottom cable as his has snapped too
. Also anyone taken there cable out of the side of the gearbox before as it appears the downpipe will have to come off so that u can get enough movement on the spanner to undo the nut.
