Long shot here, but does anyone in the newport/cwmbran/pontypool area know of a second hand cat or have one lying around that I could borrow to get through an MOT? Mine failed on emissions and lack of cat this year (passed last year at the same place and same tester...).
'03 Wrx wagon, with Blitz Nur Spec R exhaust system. (I may need to check the downpipe to exhaust diameter, I have a feeling it's 3"...)
Alternatively, I'd be looking at purchasing a sport cat to fit. Think she could do with a remap as well.
I've got some other bits to attend to so its going to be off the road for a week or so anyway.
Any advice appreciated.

Maybe put an add up in the wanted section or drop a pm to one of the breakers on in the traders section who should be able to help if you get no joy.

 

Yup have done the above thanks. May have a solution, just got to check exhaust diameters on the car.
