Default Best oil to use on rb320? (fully forged)

Hi guys i need advice on best oil to use? Not sure as its forged does it need thinner oil? Cheers

As above, I've bought some Millers 10/50 CFS from Opie Oils, if you buy 5L you get 1L free and you get an Opie car smelly thing too

Some people choose to use a winter grade to aid cold starting and rapid circulation and then switch to a summer grade to help maintain oil pressure with higher engine temps.

I had my oil changed and the garage recommended Millers CFS 5W40 Triple Ester Formulation for high performance,competition and trackday use seems to be doing the job and I also got the car smelly too
