I've just been looking at a How to guide on fitting the new age top mount to the classic and looking at the guide I think the hose kit you require is the following.

I used a classic samco Y pipe when I fitted an STi intercooler and also used the ally mounts/connnection swapped from the old classic intercooler. fitted fine, then ebay'd the STi 8 ally y-piece
