Here's our Ultimate oil pickup. It was developed to protect the Subaru Engines from the dreaded OEM Oil Pickup failure (SEE MORE PICTURES HERE).

Subaru WRX / STi Performance ULTIMATE Oil Pickup

We have all heard the horror stories. You’re just driving down the road minding your own business and then boom your engine blows without warning.

This ULTIMATE OIL PICKUP uses a .12” thick double bracket, 3X OEM oil pickup tube thickness and a brace between bracket and oil pickup tube to further strengthen the assembly. This is a super duty, engineered solution. No other vendor has anything this rugged available, although I’m sure it will be copied. You asked for it, so here it is. Fits all EJ25 motors

· 3D CAD Designed and Track tested

· All CNC Manufacturing Processes

· Digitally Pulsed TIG Welding throughout

· 3X Thicker Tubing, 1/8” Thick Bracket

· Smooth Mandrel Bend Increases Oil Flow

· New O-Ring Provided

· Fits ALL EJ20 Motors (with EJ25 Pan)

· Fits ALL EJ25 Motors with OEM oil pans (and our performance oil pan too!)

· OEM Spec. Screen Filter

· Lifetime Warranty

This pickup is the most durable, robust, & highly engineered oil pickup available for your Subaru.

LINK HERE for the website details.

Price is $209USD for the Ultimate Pickup and $285USD with our Oil Baffle Windage tray

Subaru WRX / STi Performance Oil Baffle / Windage Tray

Features and Advantages of the Killer B Motorsport Windage Tray / Baffle over the OEM piece.

• Closed rear section to prevent oil from sloshing into the crank under hard acceleration and aggressive shifts.
• Block contoured profile to minimize oil returning from the heads interfering with the crank.
• Directional louvers prevent oil in the pan from splash/sloshing into the crank.
• Low profile design to control windage and strip oil from the crank immediately to reduce oil “roping” on the crank.
• Improved oil entry to the pan/pickup to help prevent oil starvation.
• Made from stainless steel for long life, durability and corrosion resistance.

Features and Advantages of the Killer B Motorsport Windage Tray / Baffle over other aftermarket baffles.

• Uses OEM baffle mounting locations
• Not a sandwich between pan & block design that is difficult to install and more prone to leak.
• No rubber parts that can sag and stay open after repeated heat cycling.
• Not Holy Cow expensive!

So what’s all this mean? It means more power due to the reduction in oil interfering with the rotation of the crank and allowing it to spin more freely. Unless it’s in the bearings, anytime oil comes in contact with the cranks or connecting rods it robs power. Reduction of oil splashing and beating off crank & connection rods will also lower oil temperatures.

Priced at $79USD or $285USD with an Ultimate Oil Pickup

Killer B Motorsport HOLY HEADER - Patent Pending

The Killer B Motorsport Holy Header was developed using state of the art CAD software & simulations to determine optimal design to increase power in the mid to high RPM range. Short as possible primaries with a single secondary significantly decrease header volume allowing exhaust gas pressure to build quickly. Symmetrical 4-1 design maintains high and consistent exhaust ’pulse’ energy as RPMs rise. While it’s difficult to beat the spool-up time of an OEM manifold without a tune, you can expect faster spool up time compared to long primary/double secondary designs. A difference you will immediately notice in throttle response and the ability to hold more power higher into the revs.
Features include:

· Short Equal Length Primaries. The shortest possible length primaries you can have on an Equal Length header. Short means quick spool up.

· Symmetrical Primary Design. All primaries have a similar tube length AND the bend geometry. This keeps the pulse velocities high and consistent.

· Smooth Large Mandrel Bends. All of the bends utilize a mandrel for smooth non-restrictive flow. Not only that, we use the largest bends possible at every location. It would be cheaper to use 2” bends everywhere like others do, but that’s not going to give the best performance.

· 321 Stainless steel construction. 321 is alloyed with titanium, costs more, a lot more, but it’s the ideal material for high temperature turbocharged applications. Would 304 stainless work, yes, but the temperatures on our turbocharged cars can exceed the limits of 304 stainless enough to make them brittle and crack. 321 stainless steel has higher strength and toughness at elevated temperatures. It was developed by the aircraft industry specifically to address 304 stainless manifolds that were cracking.

· V-Band Up-Pipe Connection. Why V-Band? Fast, easy and no gasket, no leaks, perfectly concentric alignment of tubes for no disruption of flow, what’s not to like!

· Up-Pipe included. Of course it comes with an Up-Pipe! This header was designed as a complete system. Using other up-pipes would only compromise performance, and nobody wants that.

· Weights 18 pounds (vs. OEM weights 25 pounds)

· Works with OEM EJ25 Oil Pans and Killer B Motorsport Oil Pan

· Made in the USA and Killer B quality!

Fits ALL Impreza EJ-Series engines with OEM location turbo.
Due to high demand, please contact us for availability: Retail: $1,490USD

Paul Finch, who I believe is building your 2.35?, fitted Killer B sump, baffle and pick-up to my engine. He could give his opinion of the kit.

Hi

Just seen this thread, have you still got the killer b sump kit, and is it for sale?

If not what's the postage like from the states as the price for the kit seems reasonable enough.

Cheers
