Yes, have a look at the detail in the beginning post in this thread.

They are smaller and have a better feel to them. Everyone tht has had one has loved it.

Read through the thread and have a look at the images...

Put me down for a GRB wheel. Red stiching if you have one but I assume black only as you didn't list colours. Call you tomorrow or pm details?

The original ones like a lorry wheel compared to the damd and the feel and quality is second to non

And knowing it cost me £300 it feels even better

Is your seat right down from the side lever thingie?

There’s a modded sti seat on here off a tall member it’s in eBay aswell if that helps

Sorry for derailing thread

Yeah seat is as low as it goes, headroom isn't so much an issue it's more leg room I need. I've always struggled getting in and out of cars so I'm a veteran at squeezing in some way or another

Have my new wheel now, having it fitted at chevron next week. Upon offering it up to the standard wheel there doesn't seem to be much difference in size, I hope I can tell more of a difference once it's fitted

Well I got mine fitted, I was a little sceptical on the 17mm difference in diameter making a difference but I was wrong, the turn in is much quicker and the feel is great albeit a little weird feeling the flat edge as you turn it.

All in all I'm very very happy, thanks sumo-power

Good to hear it's a positive improvement. Still toying with the idea but feel as you did, that the difference wouldn't be that noticeable. Will have to measure my Momo Monte Carlo wheel on my Bug and see how it compares. Would probably want a round wheel though.

The difference is very noticeable indeed. Feels like a different car to drive. The wheel itself is thicker than the standard STI wheel, which also massively improves the feel.
