Default Pig in a Poke

Brand new to Impreza ownership and just bought a seemingly v' tidy 02 wrx sti. It's clearly been modded, with front facing intercooler, air intake, exhaust wheels etc, but being new to ownership I'm not sure what's stock and what's not.

Looking for advice and suggestions on where I could/should take it (localish would be nice) for 'someone in the know' to take a peek at whats been swapped.

Before comments like 'oooh careful there chap!' and the like pop up, I'm propper comfy with a spanner and the car does look, feel and sound dead right. Whatever's been done, has clearly been done right, just need a little guidance on exactly what it is.

Hertfordshire BTW.

Thanks in advance

Stick some pics up and we'll take a look. I'm in Hertfordshire too so you're welcome to bring it round and compare the two

Cheers, will do (the pics that is). My wife just raised a funny look at the thought of comparing.

sticking two cars side by side can make it far easier to spot differences and possible modifications, that's all I meant

Yep really happy to meet up. Have in the meantime arranged to take it to Richard at FB Tuning High Wycombe for a look at what's stick and what's not.

We'll, there's quite a lot that isn't stock. Obvious stuff like the catch can, the front mount intercooler, induction kit etc

Took mine to Rich after I bought it, top bloke. Had a health check done first and glad I did as there was some fairly important stuff that needed sorting out. He's done my remap and a few other bits since then and the car drives lovely now. Highly recommended.

Went up there on Monday and you're dead right, Richards a really great fella. Took a careful look through everything, gave me a list of jobs, 'urgent', 'really needs doing' and 'would be nice to do' things. Great guy and I'll definitely be up there again soon.
