Default Snow rally geometry

Hi guys,
what do you think about geometry on snow ?

Mostly or only on rally stage like that:

As you can see on the vid, front wheels got negative and rear almost none.

Specification of mine car:
- camber bolt kit front/rear
- snow tires 185/65/15
- car: Subaru Impreza GC 4dr 2.0 Turbo

What geometry you suggest on front and rear wheels ?

How it is on snow with negative/positive alignment ?
Same as on asphalt or different ?
More negative = more grip ? or less ?

On those stages last weekend on the Border Counties, I don't think anything other than studded tyres would have made much difference in grip! (Yes, I know you can't use them!)
