Bugeye turbo front camber setting ???

Bugeye turbo front camber setting ???
Hi, what is the front camber setting tolerance for a 2002 bugeye turbo saloon ? Is it adjustable ? eg, by the top mount etc ? or do the bushes control it in situ ?
Its tyre time and my car has quite a lot of neg camber at the front which has scrubbed the inner edges of the tyres away over time. The car has had a recent tracking set up, for the toe, but i dont fancy the thought of buying tyres to needlessly wear the inner edges away. I have noticed lots of Subarus do this when i have looked for a good secondhand set of wheels and tyres etc.
Just to add no suspension play can be found by me.
