Unhappy

A year ago I bought a set of Bilstein streetline dampers. Since then I have had all four replaced due to what appears to be oil seal failures. I bought Billys cos of their good reputation for durability and reliability but I am now extremely dissapointed. What action do you think I should take? Obviously I am seriously considering changing for a different make but I would like to recieve some form of compensation from Bilstein. I am going to write to them and see if they offer an amicable solution. Any advice would be welcome. Mark

Write a very stiff letter, on cardboard, haha. seriously though your gonna need every piece of evidence you can get cos with suspension parts you get the incorrect fitment jargon or the good old miss use story. Good luck mate.

An update for anyone who may be intrested. After consultation with the suppliers the dampers have been returned after I rang and explained my disgust with the quality of goods I had been supplied with. A refund is to be made to me.

I have now fitted KYB struts with the already fitted Eibach springs and I am a much happier person!!!!!
