Default Suspension set up

Hello,Just need a few ideas please,
What would be a good fast road suspension set up for a 98 sti type r?
ie new components
and what geometry settings should i use when getting it aligned.

give chevron motorsport a call ask for simon and tell him steve from nottingham sent you , he is by far the best for suspension set ups as he sets track and rally cars up, trust me he is responsable for a lot of peoples set ups on here including john beaches track car and that thing blows your mind round corners.

Is that the Chevron in stafford? Didnt think he had got a 4 wheel aligning machine?
