Question legacy lowering

i have got i L reg legacy estate jap import which is all new to me as this is the first subaru that i have owned

im unsure if to lower it with a lowering kit or not as it feels boaty going around the corners, how much would i ned to lower it by and whats the opptions that would suit and how low would i need to go ect....

all help will be apprecated

Anti-roll bars will make a big leap forward in the direction you want.

Fitting a rear only will probably do it. Search is your friend

im also new to this imported jap stuff.i have a forester t/tb with the bak end lowrider maxxed out style.i need to higher mine/if want a swap shocks and springs???
