Frem research on here, 5/4kg/mm seem to be a good spring rate for the Apex coilovers.

I may be getting hold of some Cusco coilovers (oe jdm stuff I think). From what I've read, these can be shatteringly hard. Will changing the spring rate to the above help or is the damping simply way out?

Suggestions/comments welcome, more so if you have coilover spring suitable for sale
