will fitting a 22 mm arb on front increase understeer on a classic

evening graham
ive got a 25mm for back . links front and back , alk. but someone said today not to bother with front arb. ive read enough posts from yourself and geo saying 22 f 24 rear it just made me think when i was told that today

Just a stiffer front will increase understeer, as you uprate everything else there comes a point you may want to balance it all out with a stiffer front bar as well...me I've kept the stock front bar and very tatty endlinks - for now!

IMHO and experience, with 25mm on the back I would fit a 22mm to the front.
Just my 2 peneth.
