Apex Coilovers?

Hello,
I am looking to get coilovers for my 00 RS and am looking at Tein HA and the Apex Coilovers. There are a lot of guys over here with the Teins so I have a number of opinions on them but the Apex stuff is more of an unknown quantity. From what I hear they are much more popular across the pond, so I figured you guys would be in a better position to possibly comment on them, especially on an Impreza.
