Hi

I need to replace the rear shocks on a classic impreza, can anyone recommend a brand to go for.
I only use it on public roads, no track days.

Finally is it easy enough to fit these yourself, if so does anyone have some instructions.

Any help much appreciated.

go for the KYB shocks if you're only going to do half the car. These are OEM fit to the UK classic shapes as well as older WRXs.

I got mine from www.buypartsby.com for approx £50 a corner including delivery.

It's easy enough to do yourself - you need spring compressors and a decent socket set (and possibly a blowtorch for the stuck bolts)

I'll see if I can find the instructions I used, but it wasn't difficult... It would be wise to get the geometry checked when you're done though.
