Bc coilovers front camber settings

hi guys fitting my coils today on the hatch , just curious how much front camber you guys with coilovers run , am I right in thinking about -3 deg would be a good start ?

I do already have roll bars etc I read if you have roll bars you should run more camber , is this true ?
