Default Lowering spring choice

Want to lower my JDM blob a little but am unsure on spring choice.

Has anyone had experience of Tein S-Tech Vs Whiteline springs? Or would it be worth the extra paying for Eibach Pro-Kit springs?

I just don't want a horrible hard and bouncy ride.

Thanks all.

I've just had a set of Whiteline springs fitted to my Bug WRX, 30mm front drop and 25mm rear on standard shocks (which are as old as the car, as far as I know) and I've been impressed so far.

I'm waiting for them to settle in so I can get the alignment done, but even in the fairly relaxed driving I've done it feels much more stable in the bends with noticeably less body roll. The ride comfort feels pretty similar to standard, perhaps slightly harsher over bigger bumps but nothing too bad.
