Default Sti stiff/hard steering

Hi just brought myself a 03 uk sti

my 5th Subaru impreza I have had ...awesome car 329 bhp but the steering is heavy/stiff and Its not the 4 wheel alignment just had that done ??

Is the steering heavier/stiffer then classics/ WRX (lowered tho) as only had them and this seams a lot heavier?

think it has a anti lift kit on ?? could it be that??

Any help would be great .....thanks

Andy

Congrats
Maybe Power steering pump on way out or aux/pas belt might need tightening hopefully it's not been drenched with wd40 as some numptys think that cures a squeak on the belts ...

Or could be simple as your tyre pressures could be set too low maybe

Antilift kit shouldn't make the steering more stiff but more responsive imo
