so i keep hearing newage alloy wishbones fit a classic so i got a set ,cleaned them up went to fit and the small front bush the metal tube is to long won,t fit in my subframe !!! i measured it and was like 3 to 4mm longer either side so i cut them down to same size as my rotten uk steel ones ..


has anyone else had these problems or is it just me

 

Whiteline do a replecment bush that allows newage arms to fit a classic subframe

 

The only reason for doing this is to get a slight advantage when setting the car up for track use. For a daily driver there is no need.
