Well I received the splitter for my blobeye wagon - No fitting kit, molding marks (steps in the plastic) on the front face. Holes don't line up.

Tried sanding the marks out, but some are quite a step, so will take some time to get it looking smooth. Then it will need painting.

Then I'll also need to adjust holes or drill new ones.

Not happy, thought this was just a straight fit.

Probably just end up in the bin rather than waste so much time on it.

Dave.

Hi Dave

I can send fixings no problem. In regards to fitment etc. I have never had any complaints. It just bolts straight on, some do need a bit of stretching.

However if you were not happy with fitting/finish you should have messaged me before trying to sand it. I would have accepted a return no probs. I am happy to send out some rattle can spray paint that I have used to paint some for customers?

Kas,

I guess I've got a bad one. If I bolt up the middle then the sides stick out about 6 inches each side. I can pull the sides in but they don't sit flush with the end of the bumper (using the drilled hole it sits about 2 inches back so looks odd). It also leaves a gap you can see through in the corner, where the other drilled holes don't match up with the fixing holes on the bumper.

Don't worry about fixings/paint. Lets just forget it, my issue for sanding it.

Dave.

Hi

I think if you look through the thread some people have bought the Hawkeye lip and modified it to fit

Was nice to meet you last night Kas! Fitted mine this morning on my 03 blob STI and it looks stunning, pretty straight forward really and a really good fit. Will share some pics when I've taken some decent photos.

With the raised sections at the sides.
I've heard of some people modifying the Hawk splitter to fit the Blob but ideally I'd want it designed to fit.

Thanks,

Unfortunately not mate. I do have some like that for the hawk that people have modded onto the Blobs
