Post Impreza UK Turbo 2000 with PPP (X Reg 2001) SOLD

Subaru Impreza UK Turbo 2000 with PPP (X Reg 2001) - SOLD

For sale my cherished UK Impreza in Champagne Silver. I am the original owner from new in Feb 2001, and have driven all 101k miles. Stunning example of the last of the classic Imprezas, the only modifications being the Prodrive Performance Pack (fitted at Prodrive) and the Prodrive WR Sport high level rear spoiler. I have full dealer history from the original dealer (17 stamps), with no expense spared (non-smoker, no accidents, no HPi)

Inside I have fitted all the toys, included in the sale: Subaru gauge pack (compass, barometer, altimeter!!), Pioneer Avic X1 AV system with fold out 7” touch screen and Sat-nav (including reversing camera), CD multichanger in the boot, Integrated Bluetooth hands-free phone kit (including stereo mute), Snooper GPS safety alert system with radar detector, Tracker Monitor retrieval system and Air Conditioning.

Taxed til end July 2013 and MOT til end Jan 2014, extensive receipts. 2 original keys and fobs.

PPP spec:
• Prodrive stainless steel exhaust system
• Prodrive intercooler pipework
• Prodrive ECU
• 250bhp/350Nm over the standard 215bhp/290Nm (rolling road print out)

Standard spec:
4 Door Saloon, Petrol, Manual, Steering wheel rake adjustment, PAS, Headlight washers, Front fog lights, front and rear electric windows and mirrors, 16" alloy wheels, AWD, ABS, front airbags, alarm and immobiliser, remote central locking, unused spare wheel.

Always run on Super Unleaded and always warmed up and cooled down. Excellent condition for the age - the car drives superbly, used daily for over 10 years. The interior is in great condition with no excessive wear or tear on the seats.

This is a genuine original car and is a brilliant example of a Classic Subaru. Feel free to contact me for any further details. Any inspection is welcome. Location: Plymouth, Devon.

Reason for sale: a new Spec D on my drive

Price: SOLD

Update: just had a brand new clutch fitted as the original one was starting to slip. Also a new sump as the old one was found to have a small crack in it.

Best keep onto it for the time being - it will prove useful when the Spec D is being fixed

Bump for a great looking car.

How are the arches?

Although to the enthusiast, it is worth every penny, I suspect the highest offer you will be getting may insult you!

was this ppp from new or put on after? its just my insurance company are being really **** about any mods, even non performance. I am kind of tied in until april if i want to get my extra years no claims and not pay for a seperate insurance on top. if its from factory then hopefully will be ok.
being at 101k has it had replacement clutch, exhaust, suspension parts, turbo or any other steering parts etc or are they all original from new?
cheers

The PPP was added approx 12 months after I bought the car, and yes it also caused a problem with my insurance company who at the time ceased cover immediately. But I now use Elephant and they have no trouble with it at all.

As for the parts, they are all original - the only thing that has needed replacing was the radiator about 2 years ago.

Time to bounce this thread...

Due to timewasters, Christmas and work, this classic classic is still for sale.

Just spent £££'s on it - so now has a brand new clutch, new sump (the old one had a small split in, and was rusted) 12 months MOT (sailed through, no advisories at all) and 6 months Tax.

Now also advertised elsewhere...

Contact me at sc00bymatt555@gmail.com for more details / pics.
