** PRICE DROP ** Subaru Impreza STI Version 6 in 51E white 67,000miles 316bhp
I’ve owned this car since November 2010 and it’s been my pride and joy for that time. I spent many months looking for the right car with my brothers’ help and travelled a very long way to get the right one. There has been no expense spared in looking after it as my brother is a Scooby fanatic and regularly checks my car to make sure it’s maintained to the highest standard with oil changes made every 3 months. It’s only ever run on V-Power. I’ve got partial service history with the last 4 years worth of MOTs. I’m the 4th owner and have an MOT on it till 8th March 2013 and its TAX till 31st Jan 2013.
I’ve just had a full fresh re-map and dyno print out done with JollyGreenMonster at Surrey Rolling Road (which wasn’t cheap) to verify the power figure and make sure the car is running as best as it can be for the next owner.
When I bought the car, the seller said the timing belt had already been done shortly after he bought the car. We opened the belt cover on 1 side to see the belt and it did look ok, but shortly after I bought it just for good measure the timing belt was done again. I'm trying to dig out a receipt for it, but if you did come and view the car you could have a look at the belt and see the writing printed on it is like brand new. The tensioner was also changed and I still have the old one at home.
The only reason I need to sell it is to satisfy the other love of my life and get as much money together as possible for my wedding… it was a tough choice to make!
Engine:
The engine is completely standard and unmolested.
I had a full service when I bought it including new spark plugs, fuel and air filter filters, brake and clutch fluids and brake pads front and rear.
It has a Bob Rawle fitted and mapped Simtek ECU with anti-lag and launch control activated.
Exterior modifications:
Fully heat wrapped bell mouth down pipe and straight through to back box 5Zigen Pro Racer Exhaust 3” system (full de-cat).
255lph Walbro fuel pump.
HKS fully adjustable coilovers with adjustable HKS top mounts – full geometry set up for fast road use.
Stage 5 Competition Clutch fitted 6 months ago.
Team Dynamics 18” alloys wrapped in good condition Toyo TR1s all round.
Performance Creations (stiff) rally style Kaylan mud flaps.
Carbon Fibre wrapped roof and partial carbon wrap wing.
Genuine P1 front lip spoiler.
CDF Racing Tow Hook.
Interior modifications:
Zero Sport triple dash pod of 3x 60mm white faced (green illumination) DEFI gauges (oil temp & pres. and boost).
Tegiwa gear stick extension and touring car gear ****.
Alpine head unit with Bluetooth and hands free phone mic.
Steering wheel pictured has been removed and standard wheel replaced (also gear stick extension is not shown in the interior picture as fitted after).
There are no bad points, only that since having the clutch fitted it sometimes makes a noise when pulling off from stand still, this is normal with some sports/race clutches and doesn’t affect the cars performance.
Viewings welcome, but test drives will be conducted by me unless a valid insurance certificate is produced. You will be pushed to find a more looked after and beautiful example of classic Impreza. It has never seen a track and has only really been driven on weekends as I drive a company car in the week – warmed up and down on and after every drive.
£4,200
Location: North London, HA8
I've been asked for engine sots and will post them up asap.
Also additional info:
> Tyres all have loads of tread!
> Alloys are a bit kerbed (pictures will be posted)
> There's 4 supermarket trolley/car door dings on the car - N/S rear quarter, N/S rear door, N/S wing, O/S wing.
Unless you're looking for them, you'd never really notice the dings they're very small and dont detract from how amazing the rest of the car looks.
I've managed to take more photo's of the car just the other day and of the wheels to highlight the kerbing which is hardly noticable...
Front N/S:
Front N/S Kerbing:
Front O/S:
Front O/S Kerbing:
Rear O/S:
Rear O/S Kerbing:
Rear N/S:
Rear N/S Kerbing:
And a few more of the car...
You'll notice the 'emergency flare' still in the car - factory issue Japan.
Sorry about the quality of some of these...
The car has had a fresh years MOT as from today

This car blongs to my brother Nick (he's on here as fluoxetinejunky).
I'm selling it for him coz a) he's lazy and b) I can answer more questions about the car than him
