Default WANTED: JDM Hatchback STI / Good UK STI

I am in the market for either a JDM Hatchback STI or a nice widetrack blob.

Nothing with over 60/70k miles and needs to have FSH.

Have cash available

Would even consider a forged 2.5 Hawk / Hatchback!

Already spoke to Darren! Awesome motor but a bit more than what I’m looking to spend at the moment.👍

Come on Darren, how much? I'd want 21k for mine at 40,000, if I was selling.

A forged 330S is certainly appealing, but with a 2.0 JDM there are just too many advantages to pass on

One which I quite like is the weight saving of 125 kg's

That's ~20 stone

Who told you it's a mere 30 kg?

The EU/UK WRX STi 2008- is quite a lardy 1,505 kg

Standard 2.0 JDM model about 1480 kgs
A line 2.5L JDM model about 1490 kgs
Spec C model about 1430kgs

It really depends upon the "actual" specification, which can vary by option code and year.

That's why I like the idea of a full titanium exhaust for the spec c, saving another 15kg odd; not sure if I could live with it though!

As the UK version didn't come with BBS wheels the Curb Weight (CW) quoted by Subaru for MY08;09;and 10 is 1520Kg including the 330s
