have every receipt/MOT etc from new, several folders full to show all the time/money spent to keep this car the way it is, car just passed again with no advisories.

Exrerior
The car is in very good condition with some minor stone chips on the front which you would expect for car of this age
Standard high rear spoiler with 17" Sti gold wheels
All badges/stickers removed (thus is my thing, never liked stickers/badges)
All side/rear windows are tinted, very light was this way when purchased and very high quality
interior
is perfect, no wear, rips etc & is standard apart from the Alpine head unit (still have the original)
Engine
Running 336Bhp 330lft mapped by Duncan (Race Dynamics)
K&N panel filter - NGK 8 plugs - all fluids changed with Millers fluids
Gearbox nice and tight, call pulls very well
Pro drive sports cat with vortex afterburner rear box, not too loud (IMO sounds just right)
Brakes
Front Good speed grooved discs with Kevlar pads, rears are standard, normal brembo calipers (pic below is for the wheel only, brakes replaced after pic taken)
Suspension
Standard STi set up apart from CDF front drop links & rear 25mm anti roll bar & links
Geo set up by Huttons with small amount of camber
Edit:
Forgot to mention that the car had new clutch about 2k ago fitted by Slowboy Racing

You've got 20 pages of posting history, wouldn't it be a lot easier and reassuring for prospective buyers if you just answered the question and explained what the problem was and how it was satisfactorily resolved?

I am and the car is genuine, i am not a boy racer (actually 45) and a true enthusiast of this type of car, shame it has to go.
All the none useful comments etc don't bother me, too old for that.

How did you fix it did you buy a new centre diff ?
Did you need full box ?
How much did parts cost ?
Handy to know as both my STi have that same diff and i read its the weaker of the 6 speeds
Always had me woried but if it was an easy ix then great ?
Just asking what you did to rectify it ?
