I have many more pics and video of cold start and warm idle if you require it. Just send me a message.

The car had its MOT in April 17 and failed on pads only. No other issues. It received a minor service at the time inc. Oil and air filter as well as a general health check.

It's never been tracked and its driven carefully. Always warmed up and cooled down before any driving, including around town. I'm a mature enthusaist 40yr old owner with a family of two. It only costs me £400 to insure with all work declared.

I'm only selling due to medical issues with my back and think something smaller and a bit less hardcore would suit for my daily 6 mile commute as we have another family car, i'll be genuinely shedding a tear when she drives off with her new owner.

Problems -
Drivers front arch has a historic paint burn through from a polisher about 1.5cm in length and is difficult to notice unless you look.
There is a Etching mark in the paint of the drivers front wing that looks like its from Bird Poo which is historic and never bothered me - it would polish out but paint is thin on the arch so not worth risk.
There are a number of light marks and car park dinks around the car - she is 11 years old and this is not a concourse vehicle.

Car is HPI clear and Has MOT till April 2018

Chuck me some offers. I'm away for two weeks 16-8 to 4-9. After that i'll be back and car will be available.

There is no mention of uprated rods on that invoice

£6500 any good? Would i need to complete a full respray, or can i get away with spraying the front bumper and a panel or 2? Whats it like underneath, and the door/boot sills?

Car doesn't need a full spray. Its only car park dinks and no split paint. The arch maybe but its not all that noticeable. To make it mint I've been quoted 350 and the splitter so 450 all in.

No rust on sills or boot or doors. Underneath was treated and waxoiled in May when I was working on oil return line.

Work on engine by Mark at TDR I wondered about it myself so chatted to him and he says they never do a ej25 forge without them - if you compare the price and the website it matches so I think the invoice was just wrong. They are away till 29th so you can ask him but he said with a little more work - turbo. Top mount. Injectors 750cc and headers she'd make a safe 450 to 500 on the engine with a new map so I'm confident the block is fine. It had a full hone bore and reface at the build with this work in mind and its been running 340/350 for 15k with no issues at all. Its a string 2.5 block. I've registered a calculated 460 ft lbs torque so she pulls!! Even if you add an adjustment to that on the road you are talking 400 ft lbs.

That all said I think nearer 7500 is my lowest. That's a dam good price for a very tidy well loved widetrack. I know the market is slow but even at that price I'm losing 4k on what I paid 12 months ago. I've got some movement left so come back at me.

Update - Mark @ TDR confirms doesn't believe he did the rods. Nothing on invoice so go with that. Car is reduced to 7500 for sale. I still think she is worth that for work done and condition. Thanks.

It's a steal at that price mate. You need better pics and deffo get rid of the white writing on the tyres, I genuinely think that's what might be holding it back.

I've got no idea what to price it at to be honest, i thought even without ords 7500 was a bit on low side still as its still a widetrack dccd with an engine refresh.

Good point about the tyre paint it was for Japfest and i kind of just stuck with it. It comes off with nail polisher remover or a good wheel cleaner and a scrub. I'll do that tomorrow. Cheers
