That's tempting..... Can't help but feel he's now got issues with it though, why so soon and so much under the original price.

We did a part x deal which favoured him tbh so it depends how you look at it. He stuck it up for 11.5k starting bid which was a figure he was obviously happy with and the current market doesn't seem to be that good for hatch Impreza's even with forged builds. It may be that it will shift faster at 10.5k but who knows.

Cheers, I think I'll stick with my current motor for now as I have something else in mind for the future anyway, but sub 10.5k for this does seem a good price.

How's the reliable evo doing anyway?

Love it, it's going well. Only issues that I've had were the ayc pump. I think I've done 2.5k now which is pretty much what the car had done in the last 2-3yrs.

I got it serviced roughly 1k ago when the replacement pump was fitted.

It's very tempting. I've been looking at another forged hatch at £14k so this is a bargain if it really is all fixed now with no other issues!

On the advert it says that he wants another car that he can use to tow.

Not bad for its age, usual stone chips etc and some scratches here and there.

I don't think you'll get better for the money.

Hi

This is my car now and yes selling as now have an audi that I will be picking up as a tow car.
The body work isnt perfect but its reflected in the price.
I had the camshaft seal replaced as this was where the suspected oil leak was coming from and havn't had any issues since.
As stated had a buyer that had bid on the car and never showed.
As Wull said I PX him my other subaru and my intentions were that I would run this as my everyday car as I work offshore and dont do alot of mileage.
But as my Mum & Dad have purchased a new caravan and my wife wants to take it away with the daughter I have to get myself a car that can tow. (looked at towing with this but caravan is too heavy)
Car has no faults and drives great.
I feel that the car is priced quickly to sell and hoped it would before I picked up my Audi.
Thanks, Ross

I've probably asked this already, but do you know who built the engine and is there evidence in the history file somewhere?

Thanks.

Thanks.
Built by Surrey Subaru Specialists. Confirmation via email, the work was carried out in either 2012 or 2013 by them. The previous owner to myself had email confirmation by them, I myself contacted them just to be sure and got confirmation and Ross done the same.
