WRX wagon front bumper swap to STI

WRX wagon front bumper swap to STI
Afternoon All
I have got a 54 plate blobeye WRX Wagon, There is some damage to the O/S/F fog lamp insert and minor cracking around it on the bumper.
Can i look out for a STI front bumper and do a straight swap or can i take out the fog lamps and just buy the STI fog lamp inserts and re-spray what i have got ?
What would be best, I will try and post a pic but i havent done it before so bare with me.

I noticed the that on the STI front bumper there are some nobbly bits which stick out at the sides, is that part of the main bumper or an add on ?
