Default Morette Style Headlights

I'm after some nicer looking headlights for my Bug Impreza. If necessary I will get STi/JDM lights but they are very expensive and I wondered whether something like this would be ok:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Subaru-Imp...#ht_2575wt_952

The styling is preference obviously but what's the quality like? I've seen a few cars on here that have them so hoping someone can let me know. Also with the law change regarding HID's are these ok? I'll pay the extra for the proper headlights if it will struggle to get through MOT or end up blinding people...

Thanks.

Morette "style", not Morette.

I would doubt that the light units are E-marked, but you could ask.

Yep I did say style in the OP unless a mod edited it...

Will ask about e-mark, thank you.

I saw that you wrote style, but wondered if you had noticed?

Unless someone tells you different, I'd leave them alone.
Morettes tend to be dear for a reason

Not on those, but on the classic cpies, there were horror stories about melted connectors, melted wiring and even one small fire

Get what you pay for I guess! Managed to source some JDM STi lights so hopefully they'll look good and light up the road better.

Should do.
You might need a search on wiring.
