scoobyworld mudflaps, regular or premium?
am after a black set to fit onto a rb5 and i notice for the standard kit there is an option to specify classic or newage, but for the premium kit there is no such option.
are the premium ones really worth twice the price of the standard one? is it mainly the "sturdyness" of the material which what sets the premium kit apart?

There is a major difference in material quality when it comes to mudflaps. I got a set from Scoobyworld with the stickers on them. The material is thicker and doesn't feel cheap. If you can justify it then its a no brainer but if you want them just to look decent on your car and not worry about them then go for the cheaper set. Ideally it would be best if you could go down and have a look so you can compare them side by side. Yes I know £120 is a lot for a set of mudflaps but its up to you.
ended up with the premium ones and a bit of a f**k up all in all, not entirely sure i'd use scoobyworld again.
i ordered it from the site and specified clearly that i needed mudflaps for a classic, even though the page for the premium, you don't get an option of classic/black..
anyhow, 2 weeks later (i only found out of the delays when i called, they didn't reply to any emails) i got sent a set of new age flaps/instructions!
called them up to question this and they kindly sent me a classic set (and i can only assume its the premium set) and collected the wrong ones for me free of charge which arrived the next day.
however, come install time, me and my mate found out it was missing quite a few bolts, nuts and washers from the packet so we had to go to hardware store to find similar ones to use as it was just before christmas eve so they and couriers wouldn't have been opened.

Thats a real shame mate. Loads of parts on my scooby are from there and there hasn't been any issue with them delivering the goods. Personally I would have waited till after the new year and called them up again but this time also asking for a gesture of good will.
It might still be worth a shot mate.

went with the smallest prodrive decals i could find, to try to replicate the prodrive mudflaps, i will see how long they last what with the mudflap being able to bend and flex..
though it might have something to do with me sticking them on the flaps and then finding out they are the new age ones and having to peel them off, so grrr @ scoobyworld, again for costing me more money.
