White ones look the b*llocks IMO. But as as above, they wont be clean for long. Trust me I know

gold or gunmetal. white is a hard look to pull off, don't think it looks quite right on the reddish-blue cars

Its always going to come down to personal taste here, but I think the white gives a much cleaner / smoother look, and if you are willing to keep them clean they look great.
A couple coats of wheel sealant (like poor boys etc) can help make them much easier to clean.

Can't recommend poorboys enough. I've had no issues keeping my wheels clean and with the poorboys you can get dried on brake dust off with just cold water
